BEAMS AND CROSS-BARS
AS Betoneks manufactures beams and prestressed pursuant to the requirements stipulated in standards EVS-EN 13225:2013 “Linear structural elements” and EVS EN 13369 “Common rules for precast concrete elements”.Used as bearing structures in building the industrial, business and non-residential facilities and residential buildings.
We manufacture beams, reinforced concrete beams and prestressed concrete beams with the following cross-sections:
a) Sample-rectangular cross-section beams
Manufactured according to the design dimensions submitted by the client.
Common beam measures are (a × h) 400 × 600 and 400 × 700.
Beam edges are finished with facets 15 × 15 mm.
Conditions for manufacturing beams with specific dimensions should be specified with the sales department.
b) Sample-jaw beams and prestressed cross-bars
Manufactured according to the design dimensions submitted by the client.
Common beam dimensions are (an × h) 400 × 600 and 400 × 700.
Beam edges are finished with facets 15 × 15 mm.
Conditions for manufacturing beams with specific dimensions should be specified with the sales department.

We manufacture beam with special shape made according to the design documentation of the client. Initial data from the client necessary for design works and councelling:
shape drawing, standard loads, required fire resistance, support joints, connection details and their location, loads on beam jaws and other concreted structural details.
